All products are manufactured in our own facility with 5 modern production lines, following ISO 9001:2015 standards and designed as reliable equivalents to major brands including Molex, JST, TE, and Amphenol.

All orders are subject to acceptance by EDOM Electronics. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations
• Custom tooling and engineering fees may apply for specialized products

4.3 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product complexity, order quantity, and manufacturing schedules. We strive for on-time delivery but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

5. Product Warranties and Quality

5.1 Quality Assurance

All products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality standards with rigorous quality control processes. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

5.2 Warranty Period

Standard warranty period is 12 months from delivery date, unless otherwise specified in the product documentation or purchase agreement.

5.3 Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or use outside specified parameters. Customer is responsible for proper application and installation.

Our products are designed as functional equivalents to various connector brands but are not affiliated with or endorsed by Molex, JST, TE, Amphenol, or other referenced manufacturers.

Customer-specific designs and tooling remain confidential and proprietary to the customer, while EDOM Electronics retains rights to manufacturing processes and general design methodologies.

Technical drawings, specifications, and other confidential information shared for manufacturing purposes will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the intended business purpose.
